(as a carer),

It started at work it was  so stressful the more I did the more  they wanted me to do I became so low and down I couldn't  cope  I ended up drinking  heavy to the point  it made me really ill and  unhappy and not well I have been through a detox where I was hospitalised however I am doing well now but im having  counselling  with the great help  from Debbie and stars team  it as been a great help and I would like to thank them all for there support
