"With thanks......................"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I wish to recommend the nurse who looked after me in Ambulatory Care when I had a stent removed following a kidney transplant. She was professional but friendly, efficient and empathetic. Even though she was on her own after 3.00.p.m. she got me discharged on time. Also the nurse who offered to hold my hand and chatted to me throughout the procedure. Thanks for everything, I'm grateful.
