About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

Went to the Day Surgery Unit at the New Victoria in Glasgow, was a bit anxious but from the minute I walked into the unit until the minute I walked out the staff were amazing, made me feel totally at ease.

The surgeon doing my procedure and the staff in the theatre were all amazing, everything was explained to me which made me feel totally at ease, and want to say that even though the unit was busy everyone was treated with respect, care and dignity, keep up the good work.
