About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital / Diabetic medicine Fulwood Clinic

(as the patient),

I was referred by my podiatrist, Simon (Fulwood Clinic) as I couldn’t get an appointment with my GP. He went ‘over and above’ and I will be forever indebted to him.

Professor Raj and his team were so kind, caring and professional in all aspects of my care. I cannot praise them highly enough.
They are all a credit to the NHS
