"Wrong body part"

GP referred me for the second time following right knee injury, which was not getting better. There was no improvement following first visit. My GP felt that I needed an MRI scan.

I was sent an email referring to my right ‘elbow’. I emailed back and said that it was my right knee and not elbow. I received an email apologising and saying the wrong body part had been entered and had now been amended.

Telephone consultation today :

Firstly, was an hour early, which luckily wasn’t a problem. Secondly, again I was asked about my right elbow!! Wrong body part again, which has not inspired me with confidence.

Was left feeling quite unhappy and with little confidence in service.
