"I felt as if I was really being taken care of"

I had an abscess on my neck. I had an MRI scan and was given antibiotics.

All the doctors were wonderful. I felt extremely safe in their arms from the surgical team to even in the ones who first took my blood tests and gave me antibiotics.

They were such good vibes and positive, even after having so many patients to deal with during the day, I haven’t felt so grateful in my life.

The doctors were extremely well-spoken and spoke me through the procedures and everything they were going to, which also made me feel more safe as I knew what was going to happen to me, what was going on and how it it was going to be sorted and fixed.

I felt as if I was really being taken care of and honestly I wish the best for that entire surgical team and every Doctor that helped me at Croydon University Hospital I don’t even think this is enough to show my gratitude.
