When I called STaRS I had pretty much given up hope in ever quitting alcohol, but by working with Caitlyn I came to understand that there was a whole lot more to it than just quitting. My relationship with my husband, my loneliness and not having so much to do anymore - so we worked on that.
I began to feel I could do without the alcohol after a week without it turn to 21 days! Now though I can have a glass or two once in a while and it is enough. It made me believe in myself again and feel proud. Caitlyn really helped me do that for myself.
