I can honestly say from feeling below 5% last week, to 50% after group this week and 60% after clothes, the meeting and a new friend has brought me back to myself, I’m feeling 90%.

Thank you so much for all your unwavering support and kindness, Kat. You have been the only person that’s genuinely been there for me since I arrived in Aylesbury. You are amazing at your job and you are an absolute superstar.
