About: General Practices in NHS Highland Royal Alexandra Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

GP ( Highland HB area)  referred me due to urinary issues. Referred to RAH Paisley (GGCHB) where Terri, Nurse Specialist dealt with me in a reassuring, friendly but professional manner.She kept me informed along the way, both by telephone and letter.

The whole process from GP to Nurse Specialist through to Consultant has been easy, stress free and professional - everyone I've dealt with have been nothing less than great and my experience shows it's not quite the broken (for patients) service some would have us think it is.
