(as a service user),

Danielle planned my appointed and shared with openess what the procedure would be like.

I appreciated Danielle treating me with care and compassion.  Procedure I received syringing left ear. Danielle is new to the practice and trained to deliver the procedure to patients.  I am grateful I was given the opportunity to receive my procedure.  Danielle is a kind, thoughtful person, I was treated with respect and dignity.

Along with  all the staff at the surgery, Danielle is an asset to the team, all working together for the patients.  I would score Danielle 10/10., as well as 10/10 for all staff.
