The first introductory meeting was really good as it confirmed my need for the programme.

My key worker Chloe has been easy to talk to and very kind and understanding and supportive.

A few months into the programme, I didn't think I could do it and was close to giving up, but with Chloe's support and encouragement I turned a corner and am now where I wanted to be with my drinking and emotional health.

I definitely benefited from the face to face appointments and the extra support that Chloe put in place for me, recognising my need for additional help.

It is amazing to hear how Chloe's support and encouragement, as well as putting additional support in place, has had such a positive impact on you, your emotional health and your recovery. This is why we use an evidenced base tool called the Outcome Star, to ensure we are as much as possible supporting our clients and their individual needs / circumstances.
