About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance) / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I have been lucky enough to have light treatment at West Cornwall’s outpatient dept for 10 weeks.

The staff within the dept are lovely, they are so friendly and make you feel valued. I never felt embarressed having the treatment.

But i want to also say that all the other staff particularly the reception team made me feel so welcome. They even made a point of remembering.
The Senior nurse in charge should be proud of her team, she has made this team one of the best depts i have been in.
