"Not happy with the timings of visits"

About: Community Services / Home Assessment Recovery Team (HART)

(as a relative),

We never know what time the carers will arrive. Times can be different every day of the week, carers are different so no continuity, having to explain the routine to everyone

Due to lack of consistency carers don’t know my husband very well and don’t recognise any change. Not building up a relationship with carers.

Good afternoon Geojen. I am sorry to hear your relative is not having a good experience with the Hart team. As a service we strive to deliver a good quality service ensuring we are getting it right for all our Service Users, including all the points you have raised. Due to the demands of the service is not always possible fulfilling all the the points you have raised however we will endeavour to do so. I would advise contacting the area Coordinator to discuss further. Contact details can be found at the front of their folder.
