I had to go to A&E recently - a moth flew into my ear and I couldn’t get it out!
I checked in and was walking out less than two hours later…. moth free!
Everyone from the A&E staff (reception and nurses) to the whole ENT team were amazing. Friendly, caring and calming. The departments were busy but I was seen, treated, transferred to ENT and sent home within two hours.
Thank you to all involved in my care. You do an amazing job.
