I was admitted to Cloughreagh House after a fall at home and had been admitted to Ulster Hospital, Dundonald and had a diagnosis of Acetabulum and Pubic rami.
While in Cloughreagh House I was treated in a very courteous manner and my views and concerns where always taken into account by all the staff.
The Cleanliness of the Home is excellent. The food and choice of food was very good and there was always an alternative if you didn't like what was on the Menu.
While in the home I received support from the OT and Physio Teams. It was an excellent team. My overall experience in Cloughreagh House was excellent. No complaints with service provided.
"My overall experience was excellent"
