"The staff were wonderful"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 26, 27, 61 & 62 )

(as a service user),

I have been an inpatient in this ward many times over the last few years having gone through a number of surgeries. Each time the staff were wonderful. Every single member of the team from every profession - nurses, doctors, therapists, domestics , porters , catering. Everyone. They made a difficult time much easier than it could otherwise of been and I want to say a huge thank you to everyone for the exemplary care that they provide.

Dear Rowantree

Thank you for getting in touch via Care Opinion. I’m sure it’s not easy having so many hospital admissions over the last few years, but it is heartening to read that the staff are wonderful and that they provide exemplary care. It will mean a lot to the staff to hear that they have made this difficult time a little bit easier.
