Was in hospital for breast cancer surgery.

From the moment I entered the ward until I left all staff were friendly pleasant . Nurses/all NHS staff  deserve a medal for the work they do.

Dear Jam66,

Thank you for sharing your experience of University Hospital Wishaw, General Surgery and Breast Clinic.

I am sorry to hear of your diagnosis and that you required surgery for breast cancer. I am so pleased that the staff were friendly and pleasant from the minute you arrived to the minute you left. It must have been very worrying when you took unwell in recovery but I am so happy to hear that Cheryl was attentive and thorough and had excellent communication.

I would be delighted to share your kind words and positive feedback with the whole team and particularly Cheryl. I am sure it will give them all a real boost.

I hope you are recovering well.

Kind Regards,

Jenni
