About: Specialist Therapy Services / Community Stroke Team – South Notts

(as a service user),

I came out of hospital in a bit of a daze. Within 2-3 days Michelle was in touch with me. Followed very quickly by Kirsten.

Over the past few months they have taken me from hardly being able to speak to talking fluently without hesitation.

I cannot thank them enough for all the work they put in.
