My father was visited today by Alannah, a very warm, friendly and caring assistant falls practitioner from the falls team Bush House Antrim Area hospital.
I have nothing but praise for her. My father is in his eighties and very independent. She was wonderful at conveying how important his needs are and that he would be listened to, all the helpful information and assistance was there for him if so needed. Her caring nature and wonderful personality soon eased Dad as he gets very nervous about changes that may be needed due to failing ability and mobility after a recent fall.
Everything was explained perfectly and Dad was very happy to accept all relevant information and help provided.
Thank you Alannah, you're a wonderful member of the team, we very much appreciate your help.
Kind Regards
"A very warm, friendly and caring assistant falls practitioner"
