"Terrible attitude"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I injured myself the night previous and had incredibly bad pain, swelling and bruising in the area. I consulted NHS website, which advised to call 111, in which they recommended and advised I’d need to attend minor injuries. I’ve never had an injury like this before so of course I did so, alongside my partner was seeing the pain and condition of the injury and agreed I should see a professional just incase.

We made a 30 min trip to queen margaret hospital minor injuries, at the specified time to arrive. Waited about 5 mins which is great, but was seen by a member of staff who we found to be super rude. No sense of understanding or even empathy, just rude, and had a massive attitude and made me feel silly for doing as multiple people had advised.

It’s not enough being sore, but then the person meant to help has a horrible attitude and makes snide comments. Not nice.
