"Visit to X Ray - Downe (Treated like Gold)"

We took our elderly mother for an x ray at the Downe in October 2023 for a chest x-ray.  We were greeted by a lovely receptionist called Maria who was more than helpful.  My Mum was taken for an x ray and we were told that we would get the results in 10 days.  Niamh came out within minutes looking for us and requested that we go straight to see a nice doctor called Andrew who belonged to Urgent care. Who was very attentive and looked after my Mum very well.  If it had not been for Niamh we would not have had my Mum escalated as quick, both my self and my sister are indebted to Niamh and extremely proud and grateful of each person that we dealt with at the Downe hospital during our visit. Well done and keep up the great work that you are currently doing.
