(as the patient),

I went to Thurrock Inclusions for DBT therapy and I can't express the gratitude I have for this place. 

I was helped with not only managing my disorders but creating a more stable environment for myself to heal. 

I had help in every aspect I needed and I am truly grateful for that, absolutely nothing like the therapy I've received in the past.
