(as a service user),

I spent 7 months in hospital . I attended WestMARC rehabilitation centre at the Queen Elizabeth hospital . The physiotherapist Paddy , helped me a lot ,through my anxieties about learning to walk again , encouraged me to take the next steps . He not only helped my physically but emotionally as well . I am very thankful to Paddy . Thanks to his help I am now gaining some independence  in my own home .

I am also very grateful for the compassion and care I received in the trauma ward at the queen Elizabeth hospital from all staff members . I was gravely ill , the tried to save my leg but unfortunately it had to removed . They saved my life and I will be forever thankful .

I am also very thankful to the physiotherapist Chris who worked with me when I was in lightburn hospital , he worked with me most days calming and pushing me to take on the next challenge to get me home.
