Having been in severe pain I went through NHS24 on 111 and was given an appointment at the Glasgow Dental Hospital the next day.  I missed my appointment as I had passed out at home but they were able to reschedule and see me within 90 minutes of waking up. I went in early and was seen straight away. My treatment was quick and painless. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I genuinely could not have had a better, quicker more efficient and successful experience. The staff were fantastic and the treatment room and hospital spotless.

I was sorry to hear that you were experiencing dental pain and that your journey to our service was interrupted.

Dental pain is very difficult to tolerate and I am pleased to read that you were finally able to access treatment in such a positive manner.

The emergency care team strive at all times to provide compassionate, appropriate care to all patients referred to them and will be thrilled to read you positive comments.
