(as a service user),

I had a drink problem due to a previous bad relationship. Drunk near enough every other day to help me forget. 

Reality hit me one day... Couldn't carry on like this no more. I have children that need me!

Took the step to come here, couldn't have asked for anything or anyone better than my keyworker 'Manny' She always listened and helped me and was so understanding. 10 months later alcohol free =)
