"Bassetlaw Community Therapy Services gave me access to everything I need."

My experience after being in hospital for a few days after not feeling well, I was able to return home, whilst at the hospital I had been assessed, under Bassetlaw Community Therapy Services.

As soon as I returned home, I was contacted by Bethany, of community therapy. Bethany, came to see me and she was able to assess the items in my home, which would be very helpful for my needs, and giving me very interesting get up and go book and guide. The exercises and all information on helping myself if I were to fall, and what to do.

I already attend sitting down keep fit classes once a week, so all extra would be very helpful daily, I am a very keen gardener and cut grass every week, I know it is very good for me. I love being outside, fresh air also helps me.

I would like to say Bethany, was so helpful with her advice, very professional and caring. The items suggested for my needs were delivered very quickly by the red cross and Bethany came to check all was suitable for me.

Thank you very much for all your help, I will keep get up and go very near to me where ever I am
