About: North Devon District Hospital / Endoscopy Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust

(as a service user),

I came to hospital for a ultrasound and a cystoscopy.

I was like a lot of people nervous, but was instantly put at ease first by Martin , Theatre Clinician, and then by Mr Misra and the two nurses in attendance who explained the procedure and made me feel at ease.

I am so happy to hear that the Endoscopy team members made your experience with

us such a positive one and eased your nerves.

It can be quite daunting visiting any department for a procedure and we aim to deliver a professional and caring service for all of our service users.

It is also lovely of you to mention Martin and Mr Misra.
