"Had a lovely experience"

About: Urgent Care Centre / Neutralising Monoclonal Antibody Service (NMABs)

(as a service user),

Had a lovely experience having an infusion, the two staff members were exceptional in their care towards me.

They only downside was no coffee or tea making facilities.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care you received through the Urgent Care Centre.

We are delighted to hear that your experience having an infusion in our Centre has been a positive one.

It is lovely to hear that staff were exceptional in their care towards you. We are so privileged to have a job where we can care for people and make a difference. Due to the short period of time patients would be in the Urgent Care Centre, tea and coffee is not feasible as certain regulations have to be in place to allow for this.

I will ensure the team are all aware of your kind words - we really appreciate them.

Thank you again and Best Wishes, Patricia.
