"Thank you"

I felt the need to refer myself to therapy as I was struggling to deal with several events in my life but there was one particular problem that needed dealing with most. From beginning to end my therapist was very understanding of my situation and listened to how I was feeling. At the start I felt quite emotional, worried etc but as the sessions went on I felt a lot calmer and a bit more relaxed with how I have to deal in the certain situations. I can't thank my therapist enough for all the support shown me over the sessions. If I have any problems arising in the future I will self refer myself to Sutton Uplift again.
