(as the patient),

Had nail surgery to remove a portion of in grown nail on my big toe. The procedure was painless and quick. Both nurses in attendance were very professional and took time to explain everything that was happening before, during and after they had completed the surgery,  i felt very calm all the way through thanks to their professionalism.
