Dismissive, unhelpful, patronising and rude staff on reception and taking bloods in the Phlebotomy department. We were on site for two hours and no bloods taken for my mother in her 70s with lymphoma.
Staff were not looking for a solution, they were not succinct about what the problem was. They proceeded to patronise me and keep us hanging around with no intention of seeing us.
