The ambulance crew who attended me at home where I had been screaming in pain due to painful spasms in my back arrived in a reasonable time (given all the delays we hear about) Took precautions as my husband was also poorly with Covid. They worked well as a team, were fast, efficient, kind, caring and reassuring. Completed a full assessment before taking me to hospital ensuring I was made as comfortable as possible on the journey with morphine and a lot of gas. I am forever grateful to them. I was discharged with strong medication and once I feel well again, will be sending them within protocols a gift of thanks. South West Ambulance Service at its best, thank you both.
