I would like to take this opportunity to give praise to all reception staff at Foxhill . All the girls greet you with a smile and try there best to fit you in with an appointment. Iv never known such pleasant receptionists . All the doctors are lovely, use first name terms to reassure you . Not forgetting the nurses , warm and friendly and so very gentle with the needle . I have vaccination last wk and never felt a thing . …

Be weary of a particular member of clerical staff , have a witness to any conversations in the office .
