"Maxi-facail clinic"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

I had to have a carcinoma cut out which was done very successfully by the team. They are respectful, lovely, and pleasant. No complaints from me. They do their best under difficult circumstances. All the doctors and nurses were very helpful and answered all my questions explaining what was going to be done. They say they are only human, but some are super human. They made me smile and were very cheerful people.

Dear pictorxc99

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided by the staff within the Maxillo-Facial Department, University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am delighted to hear that you received such respectful and kind care and that you found the staff to be pleasant and cheery. I am glad that they were able to make you smile during what must have been a worrying time for you.

When times are challenging, it’s always nice to hear such positive feedback from our patients and it will be my pleasure to share your lovely comments with the wider Team in the Department.

Please accept my best wishes for your ongoing recovery and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind regards

Pamela
