About: Grantham & District Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Was in hospital in June as I had stones and needed stents fitting, when I got there I was met by a smashing nurse who looked after me and took me to the ward where I was handed over to another nurse who stayed with me throughout. All the staff were brilliant. 100% professional. Nice people and they answered all my questions. Sonia was the name of one of the team.

Thank you for taking the time to post this for the team and I will ensure its all shared with them and with the theatre teams.

It is such a morale boost for the staff to be recognised for their hard work and as Matron I am really grateful to you for assuring me that my team are providing quality care, as this is what we strive to give, and work so hard to achieve, so a big thank you from me as they are an amazing team, and they love to hear the patients are feeling this when they are with us and your comments are proof we are getting right
