(as a service user),

Absolutely 1st class care from the minute I presented myself.

Staff in A+E never messed about with the symptoms and treatment was immediate. Staff on ward were constantly caring and professional with a touch of individual humour to keep spirits up. True old fashioned care.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided by the staff within the Emergency Department and Stroke Ward, University Hospital Crosshouse.
