"Staff made me and my family feel very welcome"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

I have been admitted to this ward on quite a few occasions in the last few months.

The care and attention I received from many staff members was of good quality care,

attending to my needs to improve my health and comfort.

They also kept my relatives updated on my health.

The staff made me feel comfortable whilst away from the family.

The staff also made my family feel welcome whilst visiting.

I got my daughter to write this out as my writing is a little shaky at the moment.
