About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Today I visited crosshouse maternity unit - gynecology for a colposcopy for the first time. I was extremely anxious about this and really scared to have it done. Both the nurse and Dr that looked after me were absolutely fantastic they explained it to me very well and made me feel so comfortable talking to me throughout and keeping me calm. There people skills are absolutely faultless and I'm very grateful
