"Loved ones fall."

About: Urgent Community Response / Bassetlaw Urgent Community Response Team

(as a relative),

She fell at 92 years old and the carer found her was taken to A&E and stayed overnight. Discharged with increased care but still struggling. Then Theresa came into my family's life and within 24 hrs we have all the aids required and also a follow up visit and now my Mum is being to feel more comfortable. Theresa liaised with GP and was totally amazing and uplifting.

Thank you
