About: Whiteabbey Hospital / Endoscopy Services

(as a service user),

Attended for a OGD in Whiteabbey hospital and felt disillusioned as staff talked over me and I felt ‘why am I here’ and I was at their mercy. Staff talked about their holidays and a recent restaurant visit in Belfast, which they gave off about the cost. This involved the 2 female girls and the male doctor.
