I visited the Eye Unit at the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Treliske, Truro. It was overall good experience and I was really impressed with the exceptional care and professionalism displayed by the nurse assistant Carolina. Her willingness to support and the level of care she provided truly stood out. 

From the moment I walked into the department, it was evident that she was dedicated to her work and had a genuine concern for patients' well-being. She welcomed me with a warm and reassuring smile and throughout my visit, she demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism. She was knowledgeable, answering all my questions patiently and in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks a lot!
