"Awful experience"

About: Frimley Park Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I have had an atrocious experience with EPU. Especially their admin team. I felt that the member of staff was speaking about me with such derogatory and racist language. I was absolutely disgusted by both my calls with them and how they treated me in person despite my situation. I believe they whispered about me in the corridor as if I couldn’t hear them, and still declined to see me despite me being given the runaround for days and also being very unwell and referred by BPAS
