I was early having not done the journey before. The receptionist was very kind and explained that I would have to wait, which I was happy to do.
The clinician (Vicky) was able to do my scan in a very calm and professional way. It could have been dreadful but she was so reassuring and explained each step.
I was seen early and told my next steps for treatment. Thanks very much for your excellent service.
