(as the patient),

I attended a cancellation appointment at short notice.  I was slightly nervous and a little unsure what to expect.  Dr Smith and her nursing team were welcoming and quickly put me at ease.   Everything was explained in a professional manner and the treatment I received from Dr Smith and her team were excellent.
