About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Day Surgery Unit

(as the patient),

Attended Endoscopy unit at the RAH today and from the first minute from reception staff to the nursing staff the care attention and putting me at ease was exemplary. 

The sister Nisha and her nursing staff Mary and Sam for putting me at ease before the procedure then over to the endoscopist Irene her assistants Heather, June and Vicki making the procedure painless who were constantly reassuring myself and explaining what was happening they are a credit to the NHS.

I was pleased to hear the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

I was delighted to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel comfortable and reassured you throughout the procedure.

We are extremely proud of the work the team do on a daily basis so to hear this echoed by our patients is very encouraging.
