"I was kept informed of what was happening"

About: Burnley General Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had to go for a colonoscopy at Burnley General Hospital for the first time and course was feeling apprehensive..

No need to take notice of the comments made about Hospital care as I was treated with kindness, respect and thoughtfulness.

All through the procedure I was kept informed of what was happening and constantly asked if I was alright...the staff could not have been better.

Over the last few years my experiences of the NHS have been nothing but positive and not as often portrayed in the press.
