"The service and care were world class"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) Perth and Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership / Public Dental Service (Tayside)

(as the patient),

I called 111 because of severe dental pain on Saturday night, all 3 calls were completed within 40 mins. Appointment booked for 10:45am Kings Cross Dundee. I arrived early on Sunday due to very poor weather and was taken early. The reception was very efficient and patient centric. The dentist and dental nurse were outstanding and I had my tooth extracted and was back in car and on the way by 10:30am. I can’t thank you enough. The service and care were world class.

With the additional information you provided, I will absolutely ensure your complimentary feedback is shared with our staff here at NHS 24. We feel it is hugely important for our staff to see how the care they provide to patients and callers is hugely valued and welcomed by people who use our services.

I'm sorry to learn of your mishap on the way home from your dental appointment. Sounds quite a frightening experience. As you say, not your best Sunday, however glad all was well in the end.
