"A visit to the Bladder & Bowel Clinic"

About: Community Services - North Devon / Bladder & Bowel Care North Devon District Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I was seen by a youg woman called Phey, who I cannot fault in any way. Her manner was amazing. She engaged with me from the word go & I knew from the conversations we had that she had reviewed all my relevant history. I went through a few procedures with her & can honestly say, that at the end of the consultation, I felt more aware of my capabilities & felt able to move forward with the problems, having been shown what to do. The North Devon District Hospital are very lucky to have such a caring member of staff. I would be more than happy to see Phey again if any of my problems were to return of alter in any way.

This appointment was just 3 days ago , but is one I will remeber with fondness as she was a breath of fresh air.
