"Gratitude for Dr Gupta and his team in macular clinic"

I am delighted to have an opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr Gupta and his team for diligently caring for my eye problems.

I had left eye lesion in May 2023. I was urgently referred to eye casualty by my optician, however wrongly turned down by one of the nurses there. I tried all the different routes I could think of, including private eye care, to get access to the care that could stop the lesion, but got nowhere.

My eyesight was getting worse day by day. I could lose my eyesight completely for good and I was devastated. I went to see an ophthalmologist in one of the eye hospitals in London. I could not get treatment in London because I live in NI. I was advised to seek help ASAP.

I then went to the macular clinic to ask for help. Dr Gupta and his team took me in right away and gave me an emergency procedure, despite their busy schedules. I could only imagine how Dr Gupta and his team must have worked overtime to save my eyesight! In one occasion, I unfortunately had side effects post an eye injection. Dr Gupta and his team stayed after working hours to give me treatment.

Dr Gupta and his team were always attentive, professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with my concerns. They always go above and beyond.
