About: Acute Stroke Unit / TIA (Trans Ischaemic Attack) Clinic

(as a service user),

Great overall  service from staff, excellent care and friendly experience, make you feel relaxed 

Only criticism was the surrounding in side room should be a clinic specially for TIA clinic.

Thank you for taking the time to feed back about your time at the TIA clinic. I am glad you got a great service from the team and I hope you are recovering well. I will pass on your compliments to the team.

I agree about the environment/room for the clinic. We are currently working with our management team to find a more suitable location for the clinic but have not yet been able to secure an alternative. We will continue to work with our managers to find a better location.

Dear Jim 723,

Just wanted to give you an update on the room for our TIA clinic. A room for the clinic has been identified and were waiting for some building work to make it fit for purpose. This has now been completed and we are due to move the clinic to that room in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully that should give a more relaxed environment for the clinic.
